1.1 The general terms and conditions published on this website apply to this scheme.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply when you play a Game offered on, or through, the Website in addition to the Game Rules.
2. For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
2.1. "Game Rules" means the rules applicable to each Game (which you can see by clicking on "Game Rules" once a game has loaded);
2.2. "Progressive Jackpot" means the highest available payoff in a Progressive Jackpot Game;
2.3. "Progressive Jackpot Game" means any game available through the website that features a progressive jackpot amount/s.
2.4. You should be aware that "Playing a Game" includes attempting to play a Game.
3. Employees of NetPlay TV, Parlay Entertainment or any of NetPlay TV's or Parlay Entertainment's subsidiaries or associated companies, or any third party contractors such as licensors, software suppliers, developers or partners and all those persons in any way affiliated with NetPlay TV or Parlay Entertainment subsidiaries or associated companies, are not entitled to play any of the games offered.
4. Wagers are only valid if accepted by our game server. Until acceptance of the wager by our game server all information displayed relating to a Game constitutes an invitation to play only.
5. You agree that the records stored on our game server shall be the final authority in determining the validity and terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.
6. In the event that you win a Progressive Jackpot Game you will be required to supply proof of your identity, residence in the UK and age, in the form of a passport, birth certificate, driver's license or any combination of these, to NetPlay TV. Failure to provide said documents, or in the case where the validity of said documents cannot be verified by Netplay TV, will result in the win being voided and no prize will be paid.
7. You authorise Netplay TV to use any lawful means that it considers necessary to verify the information provided under (6) above, by means of electronic identity checks in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering and Gambling Commission Regulations.
8. In the event of a Progressive Jackpot win you understand that Netplay TV may ask you to participate in marketing and promotion for Netplay TV by the use of your name and likeness. You may consent or refuse such requests at your discretion.
9. Verification of a win in a Progressive Jackpot Game may take up to 3-4 working days. Where a Progressive Jackpot is won by you, you are only entitled to the prize once the win has been verified by Netplay TV. Should it not be possible to verify a win, or if the win is deemed invalid through evidence of fraud, collusion or cheating, your win will be annulled by NetPlay TV.
10. Where a Progressive Jackpot is won by you, you will be informed in writing to the address provided on registration once your win has been verified by Netplay TV.
11. Where a Progressive Jackpot is won by you NetPlay TV will, provided all these terms and conditions and all the Websites terms and conditions have been observed, pay or procure the payment of the prize money to you.
12. Where a Progressive Jackpot is won by you the prize money shall be paid to you in weekly instalments of 5,000 until the entire prize has been paid. No interest will accrue in your favour on any part of an unpaid balance at any time.
13. You should be aware that prize amounts will be paid at net value, i.e.: minus any re-seed amount decided by Netplay TV at its absolute discretion.
14. Should either NetPlay TV or Parlay Entertainment decide to discontinue the provision of a Progressive Jackpot Game, or should a Progressive Jackpot Game become unavailable due to Force Majeure, any prize money related to that Games Progressive Jackpot shall be appropriated by NetPlay TV.
15. NetPlay TV may increase or decrease a Progressive Jackpot prize amount at any time at its absolute discretion.
16. In the event of more than one player apparently winning a Progressive Jackpot simultaneously then the player recorded on our game server as having won the jackpot first shall be the recipient and the subsequent player(s) shall win the value of the jackpot when reset. In the extremely unlikely event of the game server recording a truly simultaneous win, Netplay TV reserves the right to share the jackpot equally between the winning players.
17. NetPlay TV reserves the right to withhold any bonus payment at our total discretion.
18. NetPlay TV reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
