SSL Certification
When Depositing funds into your Account you will notice the padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your web browser. This means that your personal information will be encrypted before it leaves your PC so that no one else can read it. Whilst the data is in transit we use industry standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Your Account
If, after signing in to your Account, you do not use the service for 10 minutes, you will automatically be signed out. This is to ensure that if you have left your PC or have forgotten to sign out, the opportunity for anyone else to access your Account is reduced. However, to eliminate this risk please always ensure you never leave your PC unattended whilst signed in, and always remember to sign out when you have finished.
Logging in
If you make a number of incorrect attempts to sign into your Account, we will disable your access to the service as a security measure. To reactivate your access you will need to contact our Customer Service team on 020 7819 9121.
