What happens in the event of a card mis-read?
A mis-read is when the automatic card reader from which the cards are dealt, reads a card incorrectly, so the card seen on the show does not match your card in the game. Where this occurs the card will be corrected, where technically possible, immediately and the correct card will be seen in the game. Should it not be possible to correct the card, all stakes will be returned to the player and a new game will commence.
What happens in the event of a broadcasting technical failure?
Any chips placed on a game affected by a technical failure are void (i.e. no losses or gains are accrued). The chips are carried forward to the next valid game, where possible.
In the event that this is not possible for technical reasons, or no valid outcome is possible during the time of the show, the chips will be reimbursed to your account.
However in the event a players hand is dealt a blackjack (21) and the dealer doesn't hold a 10 or an Ace the house will payout at 3:2.
What happens if the event of an Internet betting error?
Players MUST make the final confirmation of their bets online by clicking the "Confirm Bets" button and must see the "Confirmed" message. Otherwise the bets are not deemed confirmed. The "Confirmed" message is returned by our BlackJack betting server once the bets have been entered into the central database and NOT before. Should a "Confirmed" message appear a user should be able to see the bets in their bet history once the game has closed and a new game has begun. However, Internet connections between Live BlackJack and our players are also dependent upon the integrity and performance of the Player’s own Internet connection via their Internet Service Provider. Live BlackJack and Netplay TV Services Ltd can offer no guarantees as to the performance of a Player’s Internet connection and Players must recognise that data transfer errors can occur outside of our control. All entries in a player’s bet history will be deemed confirmed and final by Live Roulette rules. Should a player wish to dispute an Internet bet that they feel is contrary to these rules then please email complaints@SuperCasino.com.
