TECHNICAL

1. What Internet browsing software should I use?
Our website has been tested across all operating systems and browser applications. Tests have given positive results across all PC platforms using Internet Explorer versions 6 & 7, Mozilla Firefox, and others. However, we strongly recommend that for best results Internet Explorer version 6 or above should be used as there are no known issues with the website on this platform.

2. What connection speed do I need to play and watch games?
You will need a broadband connection with a minimum speed of 500kbps. To watch and play both games with live streaming at once you will need around a 1 Meg connection.

3. What if I’m disconnected during a game - do I lose my money?
No. Once you click the final confirmation button after checking your bets, your bets will be registered by our system. If you are disconnected before we receive your bets the funds will not be taken from your account.

4. Why can’t I see the Live Streaming?
Our Live Streaming is delivered to your computer using Flash Media technology by default. We also offer streaming via Windows Media Player and you can switch to this type of streaming by simply clicking the appropriate button above the streaming window itself within the game.

If you are having trouble seeing the live stream when you first load the game, it may be caused by your firewall settings. Some firewalls block flash video as it uses a protocol called Real Time Media Player, or "RTMP" for short. An easy way to see if your firewall is blocking this protocol is to browse to www.youtube.com and see if you can watch any videos there. If you cannot then it is likely that you need to change your firewall settings to allow this.

If you can see videos at www.youtube.com then there may be a problem with your machine itself. In this case we recommend that you swap to using Windows Media Player streaming by clicking the appropriate button above the streaming window itself in the game. But please be aware that there is a delay of up to 30 seconds when using this type of streaming, so you may not see the ball drop at the same time that the result is declared.

5. I’m stuck behind a firewall. How do I access the site?
You will have to consult your computer manufacturer or Virus and Firewall management software to resolve this matter.

6. Do I need to download any software?
There are two programs needed to enjoy our games at their best. However, both of these are usually already installed on your system:

- Flash 9.0.124.0 or above -
You need to have Flash 9.0.124.0 installed on your browser to view the website. This is usually already installed on most home computers, however when you first visit SuperCasino the website will check to see if it is installed and if not then you will be presented with the option to install it.

- Windows Media Player -
You will also need to have Windows Media Player Version 10 or above installed in order to receive the live stream of the Live Roulette TV show. Again, this is typically already installed on home computers, but if not please update your Windows Media Player by consulting the installed help files.

7. I am a Mac user, can I view the site?
The Live Roulette website is designed primarily for use with Windows PCs, however it is possible to view the site on a Mac under certain circumstances. There are known issues with Mac platforms before OS X, plus it may be necessary to download Windows Media Player for Mac along with other support downloads such as MIME Runtime Environments in order to view the streaming. We recommend following the on-screen prompts that your Mac will give you should you encounter any difficulties viewing the site or the live streaming of the show. These prompts will help you to download and/or install any required software or software updates necessary in order to enjoy the show and participate in betting activities.
