1. How do I register?
Simply sign up online by clicking on the "Not a Member" button on the left of this page, and follow the prompts. It’s quick, easy and you’ll be on the table in no time. Once registered you will be able to "Play for Real", or "Play for Free" using your online account. It takes just one phone call and you can play the games immediately afterwards.
2. Do I need ID to join?
We usually won’t ask you to show us ID provided you have a credit or debit card registered to the address you sign-up with. We’re very hot on security and can’t insist enough that you must sign-up with the same address that your card is registered to.
However, if we cannot verify the information that you give us, either when you sign-up or in accordance with our other regulations, we may ask you to provide further verification of your identity and address, usually in the form of driver’s license, passport or credit/debit card invoice details, either online or by post. This is to comply with our gaming regulations under the Gambling Act of 2005. We’ll let you know if we need to see this type of ID either when you sign up, or by writing to you (by post and/or email) when you have deposited more than £1,000 in total into your SuperCasino account. This is in accordance with Gambling Commission regulations on money laundering and we request your understanding when dealing with this issue. Please be aware that it may be necessary to close or temporarily suspend your account should we be unable to properly identify you at any time.
3. Can anyone join?
Yes, as long as you are over 18 and resident in the UK.
4. Can I register more than one account?
No, you can only have one account at a time.
5. Can two people register the same phone number?
No. Only one person can have an account on one phone number, this is how our system recognises individual players playing by telephone. If there are more people in your household who would like to register they must do so from their mobile or another landline.
6. Can I change my PlayerName/Password/PIN?
You may change your PlayerName, Password and/or PIN online by visting the "My Account" area of the site or by calling us at Head Office 020 7819 9121, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. However, your allocated User ID number is fixed and cannot be changed. Should you wish to change your address you must contact Customer Services on 020 7819 9121, 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Change of Address is restricted due to fraud and money laundering regulations.
