1. How do I make a deposit?
You have 3 payment options available to top up your account.

1. Payment by Card
The quickest and easiest method is to use a credit or debit card. You can make deposits by card by using the online payment facility by selecting the "Deposits" option within the "My Account" area of the site, or by calling 0800 1984 777 while the show is live. We accept Visa, Visa Delta and MasterCard, Maestro (formerly known as Switch), Electron and Solo. Pease note that we do not accept American Express or JCB.

2. Payment by Cheque

Players must allow at least 7 working days from receipt of the cheque to our offices before it is credited to their account. Player ID and Player’s full name should be written on the back of the cheque. Please note that we cannot credit amounts to players’ accounts until the cheque has cleared.

3. Payment by Bank Transfer
You can transfer money to our account via the Internet or telephone banking. Our bank details are:

Player ID and Player’s name must be stated in the payment details. Once you have made a deposit you must contact customer services on 020 7819 9121 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) to make us aware of the transfer. We will then endeavour to credit your account on the same working day. If you do not contact us by telephone we cannot credit your account until you do so.

2. What are the minimum and the maximum amounts that I can deposit?
The minimum deposit you can make is £20. The maximum amount is £3,000 per transaction. Please note that we impose a £10,000 monthly limit on the use of credit cards. However, there is no limit to the amount you can deposit by using a debit card or any other form of payment.

3. Are there any credit card fees when I make a deposit?
We do not charge customers for using credit cards and we bear all administration costs whenever you deposit or withdraw money from your account. However, we advise customers to contact their card issuers regarding charges made when depositing to their account. Credit Card firms consider deposits to gambling firms as cash deposits and charge interest and charges accordingly.
